It's gone.. all gone (ok, so I'm being slightly dramatic). I chopped it off today. There was seriously enough hair on the floor that it could have made two full wigs. I have been growing it out since Kendal was born. It got way too long, thick, and heavy. I think I lost a good 5 lbs. today:) Anyway, my head is so light - and this is going to be sooo much easier to take care of. Yay for short, easy hair!

Happy 6th birthday to my Haylee Bug!
My little bug is 6! Her birthday was the 10th, but we actually had her birthday party at Chuck-e-cheese with her friends a couple of weeks ago (I can't believe I forgot to take my camera..grr)Having her birthday party early, she has insisted she has been 6 since then. We also celebrated her birthday, along with Kendal's, at Grandma Wilcoxs' house since we were in Utah. She had a great time, and got lots of fun presents from both sets of grandparents and cousins.

What we've been up to
I realized I hadn't updated my blog in a while, so I started looking through the pictures on my camera. It was no surprise to realize that 95% of the pictures were all football pics. So, here is what we have been up to...
Going to Cade's games...

Going to Utah to go to the BYU/Utah State game...

and Bryce's family coming here to go to the BYU/UNLV game.

What else have we been doing besides going to endless football games? We went to Utah for conference. The first few days were great, but Bryce and Evan got really sick just before we came home - plus it was FREEZING up there. It was fun to see the family and hang out for a few days though. Can't wait to see my family again this weekend - they are coming for the Utah/UNLV game. Football season is definitely a fun/busy time of year for us!

Bryce's trip to Texas, Part 1
Bryce and Darren went to the BYU/Oklahoma game in the new Dallas Cowboys stadium. They had great seats and a great time. They were completely surrounded in a sea of red Oklahoma fans, and somehow managed to stay at the same hotel as their boosters. At first he wasn't sure he would make it out alive, but after it was all said and done, he couldn't believe what generous, and all around nice fans they were.

We must be crazy.....
Spirit has been great with him, and patient when Sparks gets a little spunky and tries to mess with him. They are so cute when they play together.
I keep thinking we must be crazy... a house with 4 kids and two dogs can get very loud and very crazy at times, but I know I wouldn't want it any other way:)
Football Season #3
Cade got a call from his coach for the Giants, asking him to come back and play for them again this year. This is such a great team, and now he has moved up a division, so he is playing with the 9-11 year olds. Bryce has also been coaching this team, and loving every second of it!

Cade and Derek. These two were buddies when we first moved to Vegas and Cade was only 2 years old. Derek's family moved to California, and back just a few months ago when his mom got remarried. They live on the other side of town but both ended up on the same team. I am so glad to have Rebecca (his mom) back. She is one of those friends who you learn so much from and never forget. She is amazing!
