Spring Break - San Diego

Our main reason for going to San Diego for Spring Break was to help Bryce's brother Darren accomplish this huge project...

While everyone else was working hard on the roof, the kids and I found some other things to do. Cade was pretty much in charge of Sparks while we were there.

The other kids fell in love with the tire swing.

We made time to dye Easter eggs as well.

The next day it was off to hunt for them. Darren and Tami have an awesome backyard for hunting eggs!

Typical picture of my crazy kids together:)

She was always trying to out-run Evan to find all of the good eggs.

Then back inside to check out what was inside all of those eggs...

Everyone broke away long enough to head to the beach. I love this picture with Matt's foot..nice!

Cade and Haylee were the only ones brave enough to go into the ocean. It was freezing!

They finished out the day building sand castles.

Matt and Heather made this beach trip one we would never forget. Just as we were leaving, they ran down to the water, and the next thing we knew, Matt was down on one knee proposing to her! She of course said yes! It will be fun to have a new nephew in the family. All of the kids fell in love with him this weekend.

Spring Break - Crystal Palace

Haylee was dying to go skating at the Crystal Palace during spring break. I told her she could bring a friend, so she of course chose Claudia. Cade also decided he wanted to go, so he brough JD along.

Funny story... while we were there Kendal was really wanting to go roller blading. I told her she was too small and needed to wait until she was bigger. She then told me that when she turns 21, she is going to go roller blading at the Crystal Palace. That girl is always making us laugh. We may have to hold her to it, to spend her 21st birthday there. Hey, it's better than hanging out down on the strip for her 21st right?

Kendal's Dance Recital

We decided to take Kendal out of dance this spring because our schedules were so hectic. Haylee decided she wanted to teach Kendal dance at home. She had her class once a week, and they just had her performace. She danced to Justin Bieber's 'Baby'

Kendal started to forget the steps half way through, so Haylee had to jump in and finish out the dance with her.

Haylee is such a great big sister! Can you tell how much Kendal loves her big sissy??

Happy St. Patty's Day!

Kendal was in the mood to hit the pool - even though it was freezing outside! Love the swimsuit with the mis-matched socks, goggles, and chocolate covered face:) Don't worry, we do not let her leave the house like this:)

All of their fun activities for St. Patty's Day
