Haylee and Kaycee took dance together this year. These girls are so cute together.


Then it was dinner at Port of Subs afterward

The next night was the recital. The girls did great. Haylee is in the front row, center.

Kendal's Dance Recital

We decided to take Kendal out of dance this spring because our schedules were so hectic. Haylee decided she wanted to teach Kendal dance at home. She had her class once a week, and they just had her performace. She danced to Justin Bieber's 'Baby'


Kendal started to forget the steps half way through, so Haylee had to jump in and finish out the dance with her.

Haylee is such a great big sister! Can you tell how much Kendal loves her big sissy??

This year she danced to Michael Jacksons "You are not alone".

and so another season of dance is done. She will start again in August, but this time she is going to give hip hop a try. She has always done ballet and tap - but she has more of a hip hop personality:)

Haylee's Dance Recital

This cute little girl loves to dance!

She is the 3rd one in from the right.

Here she is with her teacher, Mrs. Patricia. She has been in her class for the last 2 years now, and loves her. Haylee is pretty excited that her teacher is going to have a baby in a few weeks, a girl that she can teach to dance.

We went to dinner after the recital. Since it was her day, we let Haylee choose where we went to eat.

Gotta love these crazy kids- This is what I get when I tell them to smile at me... at least Kendal learned how to open her eyes for the camera!

Our waitress insisted on taking a picture of us. Every time she came to the table she would offer. It took a few times, but finally she got all of us looking at the camera at the same time - shocking!

Haylee's dance recital

I finally have time to post these pictures. This was Haylee's first dance recital a few weeks ago. She did great! She can be so shy at times, that we wondered how she would do up on the stage. We were pleasantly surpised when she got out there, and danced her little heart out! We were so proud of her, and she can't wait until dance classes start again in August.

These last two are the finale. Haylee said the best part was the balloons they dropped right at the end.
